Look: Dak Prescott Has Special Message For Simone Biles

Simone Biles has faced some criticism for her decision to pull out of multiple Olympic events this week, notably withdrawing ahead of the team event after a scary moment during her vault. In making this decision, she cited her mental health and a lack of trust in herself that day.

The silver medal was won by the United States, which may not have been possible if Biles had performed in her state on that day. Today, 18-year old American gymnast Suni Lee stepped up in a huge way with Biles out for the women’s individual all-around event, winning the gold medal.

Dak Prescott, the Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback, openly discussed his struggles with mental health last year. He was asked about Simone Biles’ decision to play for Texas. He supports the Olympian legend, as it is not surprising

“It’s her choice. Prescott explained to FOX 4 Sports that Prescott was clearly feeling something she wasn’t comfortable performing. She’s performing a very dangerous and dangerous sport. If you feel uncomfortable doing these things or if your body isn’t in the right spot or your mind’s not in a good place, you can be seriously injured.

Prescott said, “I understand her point of view and I don’t think it’s up to anyone else to judge that.”
