Kellen Moore Could Become Head Coach of Cowboys’ NFC Rival

If Dak Prescott and his Dallas Cowboys face the Chicago Bears in 2022, it could be student against teacher.

Kellen Moore, Cowboys’ offensive coordinator has been identified by Sporting News as a possible candidate to replace Matt Nagy, Bears head coach.

“There have been some comparisons between [Justin] Fields and Dak Prescott, so why not reach out to the game caller who turned Prescott into an elite passerby with the double threat of running in his back pocket? “Columnist Vinnie Iyer wrote on Thursday, November 25th. “Moore may be too young, but it might also be time for a real hot shot in Chicago to get his chance. Moore is an adult and has studied well under Super Bowl winner Mike McCarthy. ”

Moore is the brain behind the NFL’s most successful offensive (in terms of total yards), and is one the most sought-after associates the sport has. Moore, 33 years old, is often associated with head coaching positions or related rumors despite his rejection of all other interests.

Texas Christian University approached Moore earlier this month about their HC opening. However, the young caller politely declined, claiming he had not considered promotions.

Moore stated, “Not a little,” on the Dallas Morning News’ November 8th. He also added, “I don’t worry about any of this.” It is the job of [agent] Dave Dunn. He does a fantastic job. ”

Moore, for what it’s value, has suggested that he – eventually – would like to follow the HC path in Dallas or with another organization. They claim that the cowboy won’t stand in his way.

Stephen Jones, Team Vice President, stated that “well, you always want people to help your succeed, but at a same time, we know that that’s part that business,” during a October 21 interview with 96.7 The Ticket. He spoke about blogging The Boys. “Coach Bill” Packages were available. Mike Zimmer and Sean Payton were there, and these men had the chance to become successful coaches. But the good news is that it’s possible to be successful on the field. It was evident when we had our Super Bowl run with guys like Butch Davis or Dave [Wannstedt] Chances to get. Norv Turner gets chances. This is what comes with success.

You hope you can overcome this challenge. But you also hate the thought of losing people who have done a great job for your. However, we will do our jobs. If they are given the opportunity, we have people who can rise to the top of our team.

Moore isn’t the only assistant who has a coaching appeal. Jon Wilner of San Jose Mercury News reported that Cowboys’ defensive coach Dan Quinn was a potential candidate to succeed Clay Helton (University of Southern California HC). Helton was relieved of his duties in September.

Wilner circulated the rumor of a “trusted source” by citing Quinn’s connections to ex-Trojan Head Coach Pete Carroll and his tenure at the Atlanta Falcons. This title Quinn held from 2015 to 2020.

Quinn was described by Parsons as “he lets me use my speed, and play recklessly” on October’s team website. “He allows me to play out my strengths.”

Quinn’s unit is vastly superior and is eighth in scoring. Quinn is also 10th against the running, which is in the 12th solo tackles (48) and tackles for loss (13) respectively. Quinn is 8th in sacks (8).
