The Dallas Cowboys have been trying to find a replacement for Tyron Smith since the injury. It appears Jerry Jones has found the ex-All-Pro that he wants to add.
On 105.3 The Fan in Dallas the Cowboys owner Jason Peters announced that ex-All-Pro left tackle Jason Peters will be in Frisco, Texas to get physicals.. He stated that he will meet with Peters today.
Peters, a nine-time Pro Bowler, and a six-time All-Pro, spent the 2021 season as a Chicago Bears player. After the season, he was a free agent and played 15 games at left tackle for Bears.
Peters is best known for his 11 seasons as a Philadelphia Eagles player. He made seven Pro Bowls during that time and was instrumental in helping the Eagles win their first Super Bowl in 2017.
