Jerry Jones shares positive updates about DeMarcus Lawrence and Neville Gallimore.
Lawrence had not played in the season-opener against Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Lawrence broke his foot and had to have surgery. He was then placed on the injured reserve. Lawrence, an edge rusher, returned to practice last week in preparation for the Thanksgiving game.

Gallimore has not yet played in the 2021 season. Gallimore was injured in a preseason match against the Arizona Cardinals. He was put on injured reserve for the remainder of the year. Gallimore has just started his 21-day practice.

After the team’s loss to the Denver Broncos (30-16), Gregory sustained a calf injury during practice. He was immediately placed on the IR. Gregory had a total of 10 combined tackles, 12 quarterback hits and five sacks in seven games. He was also responsible for two forced fumbles as well as one fumble recovery.

The Cowboys want to increase their lead over their NFC East counterparts and Lawrence’s return this Thursday, as well as Gallimore and Gregory next week, will certainly help them.
