Mike McCarthy, Cowboys’ head coach, was not pleased with his team’s performance against the Broncos in their preseason opener.
In keeping with last year’s theme, Dallas was penalized for nine times for 65 yards in just the first half.
In the third quarter, the Cowboys are down 17-0.

Cooper Rush, the Dallas’ only quarterback, has seen the field so far. He completed 12-20 passes for an impressive 84 yard total and one interception.
The Cowboys’ D was not able to stop veteran journeyman Josh Johnson, who threw 172 yards and scored two touchdowns.
They have about 20 minutes to turn it around.
