VIDEO: Chiefs wide receiver shows quick development despite COVID-19

Ever after the pandemic forced teams to home quarantine, the Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver and punt returner has been hard at work.

After winning a Super Bowl in his rookie season, Hardman has not rested. In videos posted of his workouts, he appears to have impressive hands. In short-range bullet-like passes, Hardman makes the catches look easy.

On just 26 receptions, Hardman finished with 538 receiving yards that earned him a Pro Bowl appearance in his first year out of Georgia.

If Hardman can develop into a solid option at receiver, the team could be even more dangerous. Just think, the Chiefs already have Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Sammy Watkins as threats. With Hardman, this could be a dangerous receiving corps.

We haven’t seen anything like this since the 2013 Denver Broncos.

Remember when Peyton Manning and Damayius Thomas, Julian Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, and Wes Welker? That was a four-headed monster.

Patrick Mahomes is a younger version of Manning, but is on pace to be better. With weapons like this, he could be better than better.

He is on pace for greatness.

Then again, Hardman appears to want more than what last year gave him.
