Tyreek Hill Reveals Why He Ended Up Leaving The Chiefs

Tyreek Hill finally revealed the reason he quit the Kansas City Chiefs in this offseason.

Hill stated that he wanted to remain in Kansas City during a Monday interview on ESPN.

The Chiefs were not willing to give up on the contract Davante Adam received, which Hill desired.

The Chiefs decided to keep their money and say goodbye to one the most explosive wideouts of the country.

“Tyreek is telling you what has been reported (by myself and others) for months. The sides were expecting to get a deal done. Then the Adams trade/extension happened. The Chiefs weren’t going to pay that freight and traded him,” said Matt Verderame.

This could be a slap in the face for the Chiefs. Hill was the hero in the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win a few years ago.

Patrick Mahomes will not have his home-run, safe throw target in the Chiefs offense. Tua Tagovailoa will.

The Miami Dolphins are on track for a breakthrough season.
