Report: Here’s Who Called The Cowboys’ Final Play

We witnessed one of the most bizarre playoff games ever between the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.

Dallas lost to San Francisco 23-17 after a Dak Prescott run in the middle.

Six points down, the Cowboys held the ball near the 40 yard line. The offense probably had enough time for a Hail Mary. One or two. Instead, Prescott was rushed up the middle by the Cowboys to try to get closer to their goal line.

Prescott ran for almost 20 yards. He was not able to make the last play, however, because time expired.

Who called the final play?

According to reports, Kellen Moore, Cowboys’ offensive coordinator, was the one calling the final play. However, it was approved by Mike McCarthy.

Dallas could see some changes this offseason.

It would not be surprising for Jerry Jones to make a shift as head coach. Both Moore and Dan Quinn, the defensive coordinator, are candidates for head coaching positions.

It will be an interesting offseason for Dallas, that’s certain.
