Jerry Jones Sends Clear Message About Cowboys QB Dak Prescott

The Dallas Cowboys signed Dak Prescott, their star quarterback, to a huge four-year contract worth $160 million.

Dak failed to live up the expectations for the Cowboys team in the first year of his new contract. The Dallas team lost to the San Francisco 49ers in a disappointing Wild Card defeat, despite expectations of a strong postseason run.

The 28-year old signal caller, despite having a lot of talent offensively, failed to win a playoff game in his sixth NFL season.

This is why many analysts and fans around the league are curious if Prescott has the ability to succeed.

Jerry Jones is certain to think so. Jerry Jones certainly thinks so.

Jones stated that Dak has the ability to lead the team to the Super Bowl.

Jones believes in Prescott being the franchise quarterback. The team selected him as a fourth-round draft selection in 2016. He was a former Mississippi State standout and took over as QB1. In his rookie season, he earned a Pro-Bowl appearance.

After suffering a terrible injury last year, Prescott led Cowboys with 4,449 yards and 37 touchdowns, as well as 10 interceptions, through 16 regular-season games in 2021. Prescott rushed 254 yards and threw one touchdown in last week’s playoff loss.

Are you convinced that Dak is the right person to lead the Cowboys into postseason glory?
