Cowboys Mentioned For Veteran Free Agent Wide Receiver

This offseason, the Dallas Cowboys saw wide receiver production leave.

Amari Cooper and Cedrick Wilson were traded to the Browns, thereby removing two of the top four perimeter players from the team. While Michael Gallup showed some signs of playmaking ability in the past, he is still recovering from a knee injury that occurred late in the season.

According to an insider, Cowboys could target another WR before the end of free agency.

Mike Fisher via Timm reports that Will Fuller V, a veteran speedster, could be in the running for the ‘Boys of Frisco.

Fuller is coming off another injury prone season. The year before, Fuller had career highs of 53 catches, yards (879) as well as touchdowns (8).

Will Fuller, when healthy, can stretch the field. It’s only a matter the former. However, there is no shortage of receiver depth in the NFL today. Fuller is a great option if you’re willing to pay the right price.
