Cowboys Get Encouraging Jason Peters Injury News

Jason Peters was injured in the chest and Dallas Cowboys didn’t have Jason Peters. It seems that he is trending in the right direction for Sunday’s game against Philadelphia Eagles.

Mike McCarthy, Cowboys coach, said that Peters had a great day of practice Wednesday. His workload will be increased over the next two days.

Peters has been used by the Cowboys this season as a rotational left guard starter.

Peters spent most of his career with Eagles so you can be sure he’s excited for this weekend.

Peters’ comments about Eagles fans made headlines earlier in the week.

“I just know Philly fans are f—ing idiots when it comes to the camaraderie and the Cowboys, any team, really,” Peters said Wednesday, via The Athletic’s Jon Machota. “They know that. They pride themselves on being nasty.”

The Cowboys-Eagles match kicks off at 8:20 p.m. ET.
