Cooper Rush Reveals 2 Words He Sticks By At Quarterback

Cooper Rush, Dallas Cowboys quarterback, has two words that he remembers whenever he is on the field.

On Thursday, he spoke with the media and stated that he always records “decisiveness and conviction” in his writing.

“If you do that at the quarterback position, trust your instincts, you’re usually right. We struggle when we start to second-guess things,” Rush said.

This is a great mentality to have when you are under center. He would make more mistakes if he started second-guessing himself.

He’s been a solid player, trusting his instincts and filling in for Dak Prescott so far. He is 2-0 this season as a starter and has thrown 514 yards and 2 touchdowns.

He has also completed 63% of his passes, and has not yet thrown an interception.

When the Cowboys take on the Washington Commanders at 1 p.m. Sunday, he’ll be looking to bring them to 3-1 overall. ET.
