Chiefs fans can take a deep breath after Andy Reid’s update about Patrick Mahomes, star quarterback.
After being shaken up in a drill, Mahomes needed to go to the tent for injury. He was seen with tape wrapped around his ankle and left foot after he had been shaken up during a drill. However, he continued to practice.
After practice was over, Reid spoke with the media and said that Mahomes was “OK” after being stepped on by a fellow teammate.
Reid stated, “He got stepped upon.” “He’s OK.”

Mahomes will probably apply some ice to his foot for the remainder of the day, and then he can go as normal unless he experiences a setback.
As the regular season draws to a close, the Chiefs will continue practicing each day.
