Cowboys Reportedly Hiring New Assistant Coach Monday

According to ESPN’s Todd Archer, the Dallas Cowboys will hire a new wide receivers coach.

According to reports, Dallas is looking for Houston Texans assistant Robert Prince as their wide receivers coach. Prince will replace Adam Henry, who has been out of contract for two seasons with Cowboys.

Prince, 56, was previously the wide receivers coach for the Detroit Lions between 2014-20. Prince was also the acting head coach for the 2020 season.

Prince also has NFL stops with the Falcons, Jaguars, and Seahawks.

The Cowboys have settled on a receivers coach. Now they need to decide on which players he will have in 2022.

CeeDee Lamb has been locked in. Cedrick Wilson and Michael Gallup are still pending free agents. Talk has also surfaced that Dallas might trade Amari Cooper who still has three years to his contract.
